Abyss Boards - the first boat towable underwater board - Sell Project

I am the inventor of a very unique water sport product. It is called the Abyss Board and has been in development for almost 5 years. The Abyss Board is a board that gets towed by a boat and allows the rider to "fly" underwater. It can be describes as a simple, everyman's submarine. It can be towed by any boat and perform barrel roles, carves, and other maneuvers with total control. The rider controls two fins attached to the buoyant board to dive, ascend and perform maneuvers. There is nothing like it on the market. I am looking for someone to take it over and begin marketing and selling the product. I'm an Engineer/ Product developer and would like to move on to the next thing. This is a turn key business with a very innovative product that is ready to hit the market. The product has full tooling and a manufacturing line set up and running. It has a full US utility patent and trademark and a running website with ecommerce. It is manufactured in Seattle WA but it's cost is still low enough for high profit margins. The cost to produce one board (in the US) is $84 and they retail for $395. Cost could be even lower if it was moved to Asia. It is ready to hit the market but we have no money left for marketing and business expenses. With almost no marketing so far we have sold about 40 units (our entire first production run). We also have a major retailer very interested in running it. They have over 300 stores in the marine industry. I believe with little marketing/PR this product will be huge.We have all the plastic injection molds and the rotational mold in addition to all the tooling needed make and assembly the final product. The manufacturing line is up and running. We have an inventory of components ready for assembly for about 250 units.The watersports industry is huge and every few years there is a new "must have" watersport product.
