Launch AI Agency - Sell Project

A very niche and specialist marketing business that sells a digital product, offering entrepreneurs a ready-to-go AI agency. A key selling tool is the turnkey nature of the client and the very minimal input required from us to set up the client.We set it up last year initially as an ebook guide, which was quickly expanded upon to offer a full package. Our experience is in marketing and sales, and we require each client to be specific for one niche; we don't onboard clients if they wish to be a 'catch all agency'.We have a screen price of £1295 but have not sold one package at this price as we have been aggressive with pricing to generate cash. It has incredibly high margins given it's digital nature, with the package including:website (based on a on a template built on Webflow). No experience is needed to create this, as we will be including the template.The 86-page toolkit guide includes a step-by-step guide on how to grow an AI agencyemail outreach templates x 3marketing templatesfirst 1,000 email leads (using a third-party tool)website chatbot templates (free to deploy on third-party app)guide on how to edit and customise the chatbotPrices sold at have varied from £375 (no website or leads) up to £1200 for the full package, with the average price around £700. We only launched in March and have had at least one order per month up until June and July, when we had three and August, when we have had two.The client setup process takes no more than an hour or so to complete, with the webflow template (1 page) and the email list being the only aspects needed to physically complete. All other aspects are digital and repeated for each client. The email list takes around 20 minutes to gather using our method.We have spent around 5-8 hours per week on this and generated £3825 since launch. Expenditure has been £475 on Google Ads and £300 on third-party website ads, with the clients coming from both (8 in total).It is priced at 1x net profit, given that it's still fairly new, but we have validated a new, incredibly interesting growth market.You do not need any technical experience or knowledge to run, as the digital content is all downloaded and the chatbots are built using no-code. The most important aspect is that the new owner has time to grow this further and dedicate the time to creating content to promote it.
