Home - Pawsonalise - Sell Project

Pawsonalise.co.uk was set up as a side project in early 2023 under a different brand name. We had only a few designs and sold successfully but the brand was not right. My other business then became more demanding so had to shelve this for a few months and picked it up again in the summer with a rebrand and invested in new designs for the current season, plus some other retro designs. We relaunched a month or so ago and have made sales again on 3rd party channels with the new designs whilst the website was finalised. The model is very simple. I have a designer who charges £6 to place the head on the designs and then send them back through email. We then either send direct to the client (if a digital) or send to our print on demand supplier. Margins are 100% and we include free shipping. In our launch in Feb – May we made around £1k with zero Ad spend as all traffic was on social media. Since launching again last month we have made around £250 just on 3rd party channels. Opportunities for further development include new products and upsell the digital to items such as phone cases, mugs etc. Christmas cards have been added to the cart as an upsell as a test. The digital design did very well and is something that easily generate more revenue by simply integrating new products. I am selling as my other businesses are again just too demanding. I invested in the rebrand at a time when that was quiet, but, it has since gone very busy and my time is very restricted. I feel it needs someone who can dedicate more time to add new products and use social media more effectively – we just don’t have the time I am afraid. This is an excellent business validated niche business model in which I have invested £5k on website and template designs, all of which are unique. Let me know if you have any questions.
