I am the sole proprietor of Litzapp.com, a venture owned and operated by Remote Analytics Jobs Inc., of which I am the 100% owner. As I explore the prospect of bringing on a Future Co-Founder/Collaborator, here are the key aspects I am considering: 1. Equity: I am open to selling a 40% stake in the business. Any potential Co-Founder or collaborator must either acquire or be part of the purchasers for this 40%. This transaction is aimed at establishing co-ownership. 2. Operations Funding: I am seeking funding for the marketing and system development operations of the business. Specifically, I plan to enlist two marketers to organically promote the system, sourced from more cost-effective regions. Additionally, I have identified a system developer available at an affordable rate. Since the current system is already functional as a content monetization tool, the new developer will serve as a backup, alleviating pressure on the existing developer and collaborating on building new features and products for Litzapp. I will personally handle the salary payment for the current developer and contribute to the monthly payments of the two marketers and the new developer. The Co-Founder/Collaborator(s) will only be responsible for salaries, totaling $2,100 monthly for the next six months, amounting to $12,600 in total. Furthermore, I will cover the cloud computing costs associated with the system. With the concerted efforts of the new marketers and the introduction of innovative features, particularly the app version of Litzapp, we anticipate significant traction within six months.
