About Skinnyo
Weight loss challenges
Skinnyo lets teams of people compete in weight loss challenges to see who can lose the most weight over a period of time. The site is heavily used by a core group and has well over 20,000 signups - many members have years of data in the system. It includes paid/free challenges, badges, friending, a home feed and many other interesting social mechanics. There is a huge potential to increase revenue from this project, however I haven't had time over the last couple of years. I get contacted on a weekly basis by large groups such as healthcare companies, hospitals, gyms wanting to run challenges on the system that I have to turn down.
