I am selling this project because I feel that the project requires skills that I do not necessarily have and would like to see someone else take over. Basically the core project is more or less complete. But it is really niche product (or at least I see it as such) and it will require good marketing to find its clients. Based on my previous work experience its a product that could save a lot of developer's time, trying to figure out test errors or trying to reproduce an error from remote machine. I'm a developer - neither marketing or sales person. As of now most of what I've though of is done, but without a real use there is a limit to how far I can take the development. I can continue to support and develop the project if needed. I can sell everything as well and the buyer can take full ownership of it. I'm open to partnership if someone wants to try and sell it as a product. Or to partner with a company as well.
