Next step: <p> Several proven paths: (1) Ship a hosted/team tier — the WebSocket protocol already separates engine and clients, so a cloud-hosted engine with seat licensing is a natural step. (2) White-label it to dev agencies as a private AI coding assistant that runs on their own keys and infrastructure. (3) Grow the npm funnel — ~900 organic downloads/month with zero marketing means paid discovery and a landing page have room to multiply it. (4) Add paid integrations (enterprise SSO, audit logs, team dashboards on the kanban board). The multi-agent swarm and memory features are the demo-able hooks that stand out on social media and Product Hunt.</p>

Transfer of the npm package aura-code (published package + CI release pipeline via GitHub Actions), the GitHub repository with its 613-commit history, and the Aura brand assets (name, logo, terminal themes). Buyer gets a working agentic-AI product, not just code — current version installs globally via npm i -g. Also included: a handoff walkthrough (the repo contains extensive English design docs explaining every subsystem). Seller keeps only Aura Imprint and personal memory data — these are explicitly excluded.

Reason for selling

I'm a solo developer with several active projects and can't give Aura the commercial push it deserves. The engineering is done and the tool is in daily use, but growth — marketing, community, packaging for teams — needs more hours than I have. It deserves an owner whose focus is taking it to market. There's no problem with the project: no debt, no legal issues, no running costs, and no reason it can't keep growing under new ownership.
