About flat.social
Build an awesome virtual space for your next team meeting or event
A virtual meeting in flat.social is what a cocktail party is to a business presentation. Guests can fly around the meeting like they would do in any multi-player game and speak with others around them. The spatial audio & video allows for spontaneous interaction based on proximity - starting a conversation is as simply as flying up to someone! Flat.social prioritises creating meaningful connections between participants through fun and playfulness. If a sudden moment of unrestricted creativity manifests itself, guests can use white-boarding functionalities (sticky notes, images, drawing, videos) to brainstorm and create interactive environments. Feel free to visit the live demo (https://flat.social/f/Flat.Social-Demo) and learn more about how the spatial and proximity features work in action (https://flat.social/spatial-chatting). Currently, flat.social is mostly used as a virtual workplace / virtual office for remote teams and a place to organise fun online events, job fairs, online meetups, online retrospectives and online brainstorming sessions. Some guests come to the site also to simply do a webcam test :)
