CBD eComm/Dropshipping Website - Sell Project

Profitable CBD dropshipping/eCommerce website that runs on near automatic, requiring ~1 hour/week and has high margins. I run it as dropshipping so I don’t have to hold inventory but buyer could easily switch to eComm if they want to buy and hold inventory (would realize greater margins). My dropshipping margins range from 30-50% from MSRP. I only have ~5 brands on the website, maybe 20-24 products so low # of SKUs and potential overhead. Average order value is $75+, maybe one customer support ticket per month to respond to. Almost 13% of 2020 customers have made a repeat purchase this year, multiple customers with 4 orders this year. For January to August 2020, average monthly net profit = $858 and median monthly net profit = $767. Only monthly expenses are merchant charges, domain renewal, and hosting renewal. Additional expenses which I take on but other future owners don't need to includes business insurance and paying contractors for new content from time-to-time. I have done zero marketing - no paid ads, no SEM, zero email marketing (have 160+ on an email marketing list from customers). Focused mainly on content marketing. I run it just myself, no other people involved outside the occasional consultant. I haven’t put much effort to grow it as it is quite manageable at this scale, and I’ve just gotten comfortable with how it runs, requiring minimal to no attention. Looking to sell for some personal capex upcoming (i.e., real estate).
