Roaster List is a content site I started because I'm really passionate about specialty coffee. I wanted to create a list of specialty coffee roasters from around there world where users could find new roasters to try, rate, and ultimately build a community of coffee drinkers. I built the first site with Sheet2Site and launched, and added hundreds of new roasters in the first few weeks. Honestly, there's a lot. I haven't built much content, but there's a tremendous SEO opportunity for long form and video content. The second recommendation I'd make is building up the social media pages. Coffee social media is huge, and you can get a huge audience by posting a lot (I didn't). From there you could figure out monetization - selling coffee, selling coffee products, partnerships, sponsorships, etc.
