Reason for selling
The reason I'm putting the business up for sale is because I own a property, which I've been paying down the loan for over the yrs. I've almost finished paying it off and I'd now like to use my savings and funds from the sale of the business to completely pay off the mortgage. The website has such a great community and the profits are high and consistent. It's time for me to pass the baton on to a new owner who can take the business to the next level. I think if the new owner sets up a Twitter & Instagram page for the business, the profits will only increase even further. I just don't have the energy to do and manage that myself at the moment, as my mind is set on paying off my investment property loan now & living a debt free life.
