Excluded from the Sale The Ryzova parent brand, ryzova.com domain, parent-brand social media accounts, business email accounts, and unrelated projects are excluded. Transfer of user records, third-party services, and existing user entitlements will be addressed separately during due diligence and subject to applicable requirements. Final asset ownership, transferability, and handover terms will be established in the acquisition agreement.
