QuoTrak is quoting and invoicing software for independent trade contractors and small crews, including roofers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians and general contractors. Each line on a quote carries its own labor, material and fee costs, and the margin updates against a target as the quote is written. Accepted quotes become invoices in one step, so nothing is retyped. The Free plan has no time limit and includes unlimited quotes and invoices. The Pro plan, at $15 a month or $12 a month billed annually, adds email sending, projects with quoted vs actual job costing, milestone and recurring billing, Stripe payment links, and QuickBooks Online and Xero export. There's also a set of free calculators for stair stringers, wall framing, roofing, concrete and paint that need no account.
