People design an original character once and star it in videos made on five leading video models (Kling 4.0, Seedance 2.5, Wan 3.0, Gemini Omni Flash and P-Video 2 Pro), or use Motion Sync to swap the character into a real clip while keeping the location, camera, props and the clip's own sound, with lip sync. Live today: the web app at getvyreel.com, iPhone and Android apps (store approval pending), credits with monthly and yearly plans, packs and auto reload through Stripe and Apple in-app purchase, a trust-and-safety system (prompt and video moderation, a public report form, appeals, 18+ only) and an admin console with revenue, provider spend and profit. Prices are set for at least a 35% gross margin on every video. Built with Next.js 16 and TypeScript on Vercel, Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Storage), Stripe, RevenueCat and Capacitor, using Replicate, Google Gemini, Runway and ElevenLabs. More than 1,800 automated tests. Pre-revenue: 31 accounts and 68 videos so far, no paying subscribers yet. The buyer gets the source code and Git history, the getvyreel.com domain, the VYREEL name and artwork, the Supabase and Vercel projects, the App Store and Google Play app records, the Stripe product setup, the compliance and release documents, and a handover call. Good to know: the iPhone app is not approved yet and the Android app is not published; open legal items (such as registering a DMCA agent) are documented for the buyer; the code was written with an AI coding assistant; AI provider accounts are pay-as-you-go and move to the buyer's own accounts; a buyer would honor users' unspent credits.
