About SixthCompliance
Compliance & tax software assets: implemented workflows, evidence and open gaps
SixthCompliance is a pre-revenue software asset for a specialist compliance/tax technology operator. No paying customers or collected revenue, owner-declared. Implemented scope spans KYC/KYB/CDD/EDD casework, documents, UBO and screening adapters, AML/tax modules (DAC6/7/8, ATAD, FATCA/CRS, Pillar Two), risk appetite and a 12-KRI RAF, AI/RAG/orchestration, predictive inference and PDF/Word/Excel reporting. Implementation and verification levels differ by module. Fresh evidence: 2,331 backend tests passed, 46 skipped; non-test backend coverage 34.13% lines and 16.55% branches, including scripts. Three actual UI-to-API-to-local-PostgreSQL journeys persisted and reloaded (case creation, risk-policy save, RAF snapshot/trend). Auth is a signed synthetic local test boundary; this is not full hosted production acceptance. Ten report types produced 60 readable ES/EN PDF/DOCX/XLSX files with AI generation disabled. Some sections were empty and DAC6 omitted persisted assessment data. Eight ML artifacts contain three predictive cores; accuracy and bank calibration are unverified. Material remediation remains in role/API-scope permissions, session MFA assurance, RAF calculation/error handling, atomic policy saves and report content contracts. External connectors, regulatory logic, rights/licences and automatic policy enforcement require further validation. No regulatory certification, official-filing readiness, guaranteed accuracy, measured customer savings or bank readiness is claimed. Proposed transfer: defined owned source, implementation rules/prompts and sanitised operating/deployment documentation, subject to file-level title/licence diligence and a signed agreement. Personal/employer/customer data, third-party datasets, provider accounts, API keys, brand and domain are not automatically included. Model rights depend on training provenance. Transition and support must be expressly scoped. Open to non-binding offers for the asset or a defined module licence. No numeric asking price or automatic acceptance. Engineering reuse scenarios are not an appraisal. The six-factor opportunity assessment examines market, differentiation, timing, scalability, execution and exit; no IESE endorsement or valuation is claimed. Established-company transaction multiples are contextual and not applicable directly to a pre-revenue asset.
