About TreatyAtlas

TreatyAtlas is developed international tax research and analysis software offered as a scoped technology asset sale or licence. It integrates treaty/source research, indicative withholding/MLI and sector rules, entity/flow modelling, structure and financing comparisons, anti-abuse flags, an AI copilot with tools, reports, and client/case workflows. Internal review of release 6d06ba6: 991 backend tests passed, 5 skipped; 703 of 927 functions have observed entry, not full branch/legal coverage. A real local-browser synthetic workflow demonstrated login, structure evaluation, save to client and engagement, reload, and working Word/Excel downloads; client/case fixtures were created by authenticated API. The engagement detail UI does not list analyses separately. Earlier identified real-provider checks cover RAG/embeddings, cited answers and abstention, scenario interpretation, copilot tool use and persisted reports; that browser workflow does not run live AI. The inventory records 2569 instruments, 139781 clauses and 6188 withholding-rate rows; it is not complete, legally validated worldwide content. Some domestic facts exist for 158 of 180 measured jurisdictions. Three semantic defects and eight accepted invalid domain inputs remain open. Corpus curation/rights and further country/date validation are pending. A stricter quality gate remains local and would yield zero eligible chunks in the inspected production corpus. External identity, billing, full PDF workflow and recovery need buyer acceptance. Own candidate code, implemented rules, prompts, orchestration, tests, migrations and documentation are scheduled assets; 1406 tracked paths are fingerprinted. Third-party content/models/libraries are not exclusive seller IP. No personal data, secrets, shared provider accounts or other products are included. Domain/brand require separate verification and agreement. No paying customers, owner declaration; verified ARR, margins, cohort metrics and buyer ROI are not available. An internal six-factor opportunity assessment follows the owner-supplied Johnson/IESE EN-17 framework; it is not an IESE endorsement or monetary appraisal. Buyer savings must reflect actual reuse minus adaptation, correction, licensed content and operation; no guaranteed tax savings. Sector acquisition references support strategic rationale, not a transferable multiple or valuation. Asking EUR 500,000 negotiable; seller expectation, not appraisal/open to non-binding offers according to scope and terms. The EUR 500000 asking price is expressly authorised by the owner, not an independent appraisal or received offer. Limited transition to be agreed; source/corpus access requires specific owner authorisation. Updated commercial/evidence PDFs are available.
