Stogite - Sell Project

Stogite is a live AI comic-journal web app. Users speak or type what happened in their day, and Stogite turns it into comic panels for that date, starring them. A single selfie keeps the main character visually consistent across 9 comic art styles, and each week's entries can be exported as a printable A4 comic issue. HONEST STATUS: Live at stogite.com, product-complete. 9 registered users, all on the free plan. $0 revenue so far. The only blocker: I'm based in Iran, and sanctions stop me from opening a Stripe account, so I've never been able to switch payments on. TECH: Next.js 16 (App Router), React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind. Supabase (database + auth). Hosted on Vercel. OpenAI image generation with Gemini and fal as fallbacks. Credit-based and subscription billing, already built and covered by automated tests (it just needs a Stripe account connected). WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR: A partner or buyer who can hold the Stripe account. 100% of customer revenue goes straight to your Stripe account from day one. Up to 90% equity is available; I keep 10% and keep building. Options (all negotiable): 1) Monthly equity buy-in: $200/month per 10% equity (up to 90%), while you hold Stripe and all revenue. 2) Majority acquisition: up to 90% ownership, open to offers, plus a separate paid retainer for me to handle ongoing tech support, maintenance and new features. 3) Revenue share: you bring the Stripe entity, AI API credits and distribution, and we agree an equity and revenue split.
