About PursuitOps - RFP & Proposal Workspace
RFP compliance matrix, controlled AI drafting, team review and DOCX/PDF exports.
PursuitOps is a privately deployed RFP-to-proposal web application for teams responding to document-heavy tenders and grant calls. It connects source requirements, evidence, controlled AI drafting, human review and proposal-package export in one workspace. Asking price: EUR 12,500 negotiable. The site-required USD 14,020 display is an indicative conversion at the ECB reference rate of 1 EUR = 1.1216 USD on 2 November 2026; the euro ask remains the basis for discussion. This is a pre-revenue software asset sale: no paying customers, revenue or customer commitments, and no validated market-demand claim. Public registration and live billing are disabled. WHAT THE PRODUCT DOES • Source-linked compliance matrix: import readable PDF/DOCX/TXT or supplied text; review requirements with mandatory/optional status, owner, due date, priority, evidence notes, confidence and human-review flags. Link requirements to proposal sections and carry unresolved mandatory items into readiness checks. • Controlled AI wording: suggestions are previewed separately from saved proposal text. Users explicitly accept, append or discard; stale-preview and conflict checks protect wording that has changed. Tender AI-use guidance and recorded acknowledgements sit alongside backend permission, output-validation, usage and cost controls. Human review remains final. • Accountable review and export: Bid Truth Lite shows six support/risk categories, including source-backed, evidence-backed, needs confirmation and accepted risks. Review blockers, human bid decisions and an approved export gate govern native DOCX/PDF package generation. Users handle external submission themselves. • Team and operating foundations: invitations and explicit acceptance, role changes/removal, password-confirmed ownership transfer, workspace switching/context protection, password recovery and transactional email. Persistent document storage and installation/recovery documentation are included. • Commercial groundwork: workspace subscription/allowance, Stripe Checkout/Portal and refund handling have isolated sandbox evidence. Live payments are off; this is not an operating subscription business. TECHNICAL DEPTH React/Vite frontend, Node 24 backend, PostgreSQL with pgvector and Prisma, plus Docker/build definitions. The 2 November inventory counted 661 tracked frontend/backend source files and 152,622 nonblank lines, with tests and scripts counted separately, 70 schema models and 40 migrations. Counts include comments, internal/compatibility and inactive code; they are not a claim of entirely original or active functionality, development hours or valuation. EVIDENCE AVAILABLE An updated six-page buyer PDF explains how the matrix, AI controls and export governance work, with real synthetic screenshots and source references. The buyer pack also includes inspected native PDF/DOCX samples, a ten-screen walkthrough, dated production workflow/recovery/team evidence, an isolated installation and backup/restore rehearsal, and Stripe sandbox results. Screenshots use synthetic data; they are not customer results or evidence of fresh AI generation. ASSET SCOPE AND HANDOVER Proposed sale includes application and website source, build definitions, schema/migrations, operating documentation, approved synthetic examples and PursuitOps branding/domain assets, subject to title/licence diligence and an agreed asset schedule. The buyer provides hosting, mail, AI/payment accounts and ongoing operations. Personal/provider accounts, credentials, shared hosting, production/customer data and unrelated applications are excluded. Any evaluation access and bounded transition support must be separately agreed. KNOWN LIMITS No legal/factual certification, guaranteed OCR or complex-layout extraction, automatic remote tender-page fetching, dedicated CV matching, real-time co-editing or external submission. AI-use posture is the verified UI/acknowledgement control, not a claimed universal policy firewall. Reports/Tasks are future modules. Provider embeddings and 11 legacy indexing jobs remain held. Sparse PDF continuation pages, offsite backup custody, documentary title/licensing, privacy facts/final terms and actual operating invoices remain disclosed diligence items. I am selling because I do not have the time to launch and operate the product. It is intended for a technical buyer or operator who wants an implemented proposal-workflow product to inspect and take forward. Buyer enquiries and requests for private evaluation access: contact@pursuitops.ai. You can also contact me through SideProjectors messaging. The buyer PDF and supporting materials are available for review; evaluation credentials are shared privately. The private seller/operator package is not part of the public listing.

Reason for selling
I do not have the time to launch and operate PursuitOps. I am selling the developed software assets personally, as Harris Shah, rather than offering a revenue-generating business.
