AgencyStart Mini is a lightweight client onboarding web application for freelancers, web designers, marketing agencies and consultants. Organise client details, record project requirements, track onboarding tasks and download branded PDF summaries from one responsive workspace. Features: • Client management with search and status filters. • Customisable intake questionnaires. • Editable onboarding checklists with due dates and progress tracking. • Dashboard statistics. • Branded PDF report downloads. • Agency branding and settings. • JSON backup and restore. • Optional fictional demo data. Included in the sale: Complete editable React source code, compiled static deployment files, local assets, third-party license notices, testing records, buyer handover documentation and independent hosting instructions. Technology: React, Vite and Tailwind CSS. The app can run on compatible static hosting without a backend, database, API key or Manus account. Project status: Pre-revenue software asset. No existing customers or revenue are included, and no verified traffic figures are claimed. Limitations: Data is stored unencrypted in the current browser using localStorage. There is no automatic device syncing, public client submission system or multi-user access. Browser data can be lost if storage is cleared, so regular JSON backups are recommended. The app is unsuitable for highly sensitive records. Some PDF characters use a Unicode-code fallback instead of native glyphs. Physical-device and cross-browser testing is limited; Safari and Firefox remain unverified. A domain, hosting subscription, Manus account, cloud database, ongoing maintenance and technical support are not included. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Next step: <p>A buyer could rebrand the app for their own agency, customise the intake questions and onboarding workflow, or develop it further for a specific freelance or agency niche.</p><p>Possible future development includes broader PDF language support, additional templates and expanded browser testing. Cloud accounts, remote client submissions and team collaboration would require additional development and infrastructure; these are not included in the current product.</p><p>No future revenue or commercial results are guaranteed.</p>
