Brief is a personal growth assistant that lives in Telegram (bot + Mini App). It is built for people aged 18–30 who set big goals and drop them halfway. The promise: "I'll help you get to the end — one step a day." WHAT IT DOES • Goals broken into small steps (up to 50 per goal), with progress tracking • Habits with streaks, programs and challenges with friends • Morning plan and evening review in the chat • Mentor check-ins: asks "when will you do it?", checks in at the agreed time, and if the user is stuck, gives AI help based on the reason (too big, no energy, perfectionism, etc.) and suggests a smaller step • Tasks, reminders, focus timer, voice input • Digests from Telegram channels and web search: the routine is handled by the assistant • Shareable results cards, onboarding, English and Russian interface FOR THE OWNER • Admin panel: user funnel, promo links with attribution (who came from which link), beta waitlist, mentor metrics • AI credits system with weekly limits and three AI levels; the AI layer supports Anthropic, OpenAI and Google • Pricing model designed for Telegram Stars (3-day trial → Start / Pro plans + credit packs) TECH Monorepo: Next.js Mini App, NestJS (API + background worker), PostgreSQL + pgvector, Redis, BullMQ, Prisma, grammY. Next step: 1. Switch on payments. Telegram Stars billing is designed (3-day trial → Start / Pro plans + credit packs), and prices live in config. Turn it on and start earning from the first users. 2. Grow through Telegram itself. The best channels for this audience (18–30, students and young professionals) are Telegram channels and bloggers about self-improvement, productivity, studying and careers. Promo links with attribution are already built in, so you can see which channel brings paying users. 3. Go viral with friends. Challenges with friends already work: one user invites others with a link. Next step: a bot for group chats, where a group of friends tracks a shared goal ("Proof mode": done only with a photo). 4. Sell to schools and coaches (B2B). Online schools and coaches can use Brief to keep students going between lessons: daily steps, check-ins, programs. The program engine already supports ready-made courses: add your own and sell access. 5. White-label. The product can be rebranded for a blogger or school with their own audience and launched as "their" assistant. 6. Go global.
