GoodOrder - Connected CRM and Business Management - Sell Project

GoodOrder is a pre-revenue CRM web application that brings customers, projects, tasks, inventory, offers and customer finance into one connected workspace. Customers are linked to their offers and projects, projects contain related tasks, and inventory reservations and usage stay connected to the relevant work. This helps users follow business activity without managing disconnected lists. They decide which features employees can view and which actions they can perform. Built with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS and Supabase, and deployed on Vercel. Its session duration, record limits and restrictions on imports, uploads and administrative actions apply to the demo, not to the full application's feature set. Stripe integration: Stripe Checkout, subscription billing, Customer Portal and webhook integration code is included. The integration is designed for handover: the buyer can configure their own Stripe account and credentials through environment settings without rewriting the integration. A personal Stripe account is not included. Live payments are not activated; Stripe account setup and end-to-end payment testing are still required. Sale and included development: The asking price is USD 8,000. This includes the existing application source code, database schema and migrations, demo project and available documentation. I am the creator and owner. My intention is to sell the software asset and continue helping the buyer develop it for one month after the sale is completed, at no additional charge. This month includes deployment and handover assistance, bug fixes, improvements and additional development work agreed with the buyer. Development priorities and scope will be agreed before closing. The project currently has no revenue or paying customers. Operational invoice records are not a certified tax or e-invoicing solution. Personal accounts, credentials and third-party subscriptions are not included. This is a software asset sale, not the sale of a registered company.
