The sale includes the TradeRiddle source code, frontend, backend, database migrations, project documentation, branding and transferable design assets. The application runs on Lovable Cloud. Project transfer will be coordinated with the buyer. Stripe and email services require separate configuration. No functioning ATAS integration or external C# connector is included. Experimental ATAS-related code may be present in the repository. The platform is an early-stage beta product and has not undergone a complete security audit.
