I wanted to make sense of my Apple Health data. The export gave me a massive XML file. And another job. Figuring out how to use it. That’s where AI Health Export started. It reads Apple Health on your iPhone and creates a CSV you can open in a spreadsheet. It also includes a guide that helps an AI tool understand the file. Take both to the AI tool you choose. Or have the conversation right in the app with an AI Health Chat subscription. Ask about your sleep. Your activity. What’s changed over time.
