Mastech, AI Customer Support Built on Your Store - Sell Project

Mastech is a complete AI customer support platform for online stores. The project is finished, working, and tested by me. It is pre-revenue: there are no customers, revenue, or churn data, and no future results are promised. HOW IT WORKS Store owners add one line of JavaScript to their website. The chat widget then answers customer questions using the store’s own products and policies, tracks orders through a webhook, and opens a support ticket when it can’t help. Store owners manage everything from a dashboard. WHAT’S INCLUDED Support bot backend (Python/FastAPI): multi-store accounts with API keys, AI answers from each store’s own knowledge base (FAISS + multilingual embeddings), ticket system, order tracking, conversation logs, admin panel Embeddable chat widget (JavaScript) Store-owner dashboard Affiliate system (separate app): referral links, click tracking, affiliate and admin dashboards, Paddle webhook support Landing page and legal pages (terms, privacy, contact) Docker files for deployment Setup documentation and a rebrand guide A live setup walkthrough and 14 days of email support after delivery TECH STACK Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL (SQLite for local use), FAISS, sentence-transformers, OpenRouter (Gemini), JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, Paddle webhooks, Docker. RUNNING COSTS I run it on a small VPS for about 6 euros per month. AI usage is pay-per-use and depends on chat volume.
