This is a build-value sale: a turnkey brand, catalog, and codebase priced on what it would cost to recreate, not on a profit multiple. Running costs: domain $14.80/year (renews Oct 22, 2027). The site is built on Lovable, so the buyer will want their own Lovable plan for future edits.
