About Sokhio — Social Network with iOS & Android
Full social network + creator payouts, live on both app stores
Sokhio is a working social network, not a prototype. It runs today at sokhio.com, with native apps live on the App Store and Google Play. WHY IT IS WORTH BUYING Most social-app listings are a codebase and a promise. This one is already through the parts that cost months. Both app stores have already approved it. Apple's review is the single biggest obstacle to launching a social app, and it is done — listings, privacy declarations, data-safety forms and moderation requirements all accepted. The creator economy layer is already built: ad-revenue attribution per post, per-creator earning ledgers, KYC-gated withdrawals, payout methods and an admin approval queue, plus a full creator-challenge system with prize pools, leaderboards and anti-fraud rules. This is the part nobody builds first, and it is finished. It runs on one $24/month server, using 0.2% of its bandwidth allowance. WHO IT SUITS Someone who already has an audience. A creator, page owner, media brand or community organisation with an existing following can point it at Sokhio and have a populated platform in days — the earnings and challenge systems exist precisely to give creators a reason to move. Building this from scratch is a six-to-twelve month job for a small team. It also suits a buyer who wants a production-grade social platform to rebrand for another language, country or niche. WHAT IS BUILT Social: ranked feed, rich-text posts, photo and video, reels, stories with music, reactions, threaded comments, shares, saves, follows, friends, blocks, profiles, search. Communities: groups with events and RSVPs, pages with roles and followers. Messaging: realtime direct and group chat, attachments, reactions, read receipts, typing indicators, presence. Creator economy: ad-view attribution, earning ledgers, withdrawals with identity verification, mobile-money and bank payouts, admin payout queue, challenges with prize pools. Trust and safety: reporting, moderation queue, role-based admin, full audit log, copyright holds, privacy controls. Platform: email, Google and Apple sign-in, push notifications, PWA with offline support, SEO, AdSense integration. TECH Next.js web, NestJS REST API, PostgreSQL with Drizzle and versioned migrations, Redis and BullMQ workers, Expo/React Native for iOS and Android, FFmpeg transcoding with AVIF/WebP variants, Docker Compose, Caddy, Cloudflare, GitHub Actions CI/CD, Sentry. Monorepo with shared contract and client packages, so web and mobile cannot drift from the API. Typed end to end, linted, tested, with a runbook and a database reference — not just a README. CURRENT TRACTION, STATED PLAINLY This is pre-traction. The numbers are small and I would rather you see them now than waste your time. 114 registered users, 21 of them in the last 30 days. 33 active in the last 30 days, 8 in the last 7. 1,507 posts, 409 videos, 1,330 reactions, 100 comments. 2 GB media. No revenue yet. $24/month to run. You are not buying a user base or a revenue stream. You are buying finished software, two approved app-store listings and a brand, at a fraction of what building them costs. If you need an audience, bring your own — this gives you somewhere to put it. WHAT IS INCLUDED Full source code with complete git history, the sokhio.com domain, App Store and Google Play listing transfers, production database and media if wanted, server configuration and deployment pipeline, operational runbooks, design assets and store screenshots, plus handover support. Not included: the AdSense account. Google does not transfer these, so the buyer connects their own publisher ID — a settings change. Sokhio is finished and it works, but growing it needs time and money I am not able to put in right now. It deserves an owner who can.

Next step: <p>The product does not need building. It needs people. Three routes I would take if I had the time:</p><p><br></p><ol><li data-list="ordered">Bring an existing audience. If you run a page, a channel or a community of any size, the creator-earnings and challenge systems are already built to pull creators across — challenges with prize pools, leaderboards, per-post earnings and real payouts. A platform that pays its creators is a reason to move, and that machinery is finished and running.</li><li data-list="ordered">Rebrand it for another market. Nothing is hard-coded to one country or language beyond the default copy. The same codebase could launch as a regional network, a diaspora community, a fan platform, or a niche professional network. The expensive parts — moderation, messaging, payouts, mobile apps, store approval — are already done.</li><li data-list="ordered">Switch on revenue. AdSense slots and per-post attribution are already wired in; connecting a publisher ID turns it on. The infrastructure is $24/month, so the break-even point is very low.</li></ol><p>The realistic shortcut is the app stores. Two approved social-app listings are months of work and a genuine risk of rejection that you simply do not have to take. Whatever you point this at, you start from a product that is already shipped.</p>

What's included
Domain name, Source code, All related data, All related design work
The two app-store listings, which are the most valuable part of this: App Store listing transfer (Apple app transfer) — the app is live and approved. Google Play listing transfer — same. Also included: the production database and uploaded media if the buyer wants them, the full deployment setup (Docker Compose, Caddy, Cloudflare configuration, GitHub Actions pipeline), written operational runbooks covering deploy, restore and incident response, app icons and store screenshots, and handover support to get the buyer running on their own infrastructure. Not included: the AdSense account. Google does not transfer publisher accounts, so the buyer connects their own publisher ID — a settings change, not a rebuild.
