ForUs — Universal Streaming for Android & Android TV ForUs is a single, account-free streaming hub that unifies movies, shows, and live TV from multiple content sources — CDN providers (MovieBox), cloud debrid (TorBox), Stremio-style add-ons, torrents/P2P, YouTube, and broadcast channels — into one polished, Stremio-like experience. Key features: Dual-mode UI — one codebase adapts automatically between touch (phones/tablets) and D-pad Leanback (Android TV), with TV-tuned focus navigation, hero carousels, and launcher banners. Smart multi-source resolution — every title is resolved across all enabled sources with a built-in circuit breaker that tracks extractor health and routes around failures, so playback rarely dies. Hardware-accelerated playback — ExoPlayer via expo-video, with subtitle loading (OpenSubtitles), audio track picking, Trakt scrobbling, and seek-from-remote support. Offline-ready — downloads with transfer management, resume-aware watch history, and favorites. AI discovery — Gemini-powered "vibe search" to find content by mood instead of keywords. Self-updating — in-app release checks pull new APKs without stores or sign-ups.
