About PullGates
A LinkedIn peer-review game that ranks you against your own past posts.
What it is PullGates turns the daily LinkedIn post into a progression game for founders and solo entrepreneurs. Each day you review three other members' posts, and that earns you the right to have yours reviewed by three others. Reviewers don't rate you out of five — they compare today's post against your own previous posts on three criteria (hook, substance, clarity) and answer better, same, or worse. You're ranked against yourself from yesterday, not against other people, so a beginner and a well-known founder can both climb. The score is nine ordinal signals added together. No model in the loop, which means any result is reproducible by hand and explainable to a user who disputes it. Points feed a public, indexable directory ranked on a 30-day rolling window — that directory is the real commercial promise: being findable by clients. Status: built, deployed, zero users. I'm putting that first because you'd find it out in ten minutes anyway. The app is live, the full loop works end to end, the Stripe subscription flow is coded and tested. What it has never had is marketing. Live demo available on request. What's included Two private GitHub repos: FastAPI backend, Flutter client Render deployment setup (web service, static site, Postgres), ready to deploy on your own Render account Brand: logo, colour system, two licensed-free typefaces, a 72-second promo video with original soundtrack A seeding sandbox that populates the review queue so you can demo the full loop solo Handover documentation: every environment variable, deployment steps, and how to register the LinkedIn app Tech Python / FastAPI, SQLAlchemy 2.0, psycopg 3, PostgreSQL. Flutter client, feature-first modular structure, 4 languages (fr/en/es/de), web build deployed and mobile-ready. Stripe subscriptions with signature-verified webhooks and a replay guard. LinkedIn OpenID Connect for authentication. Deployed on Render. A few design decisions you may care about: balances are never mutated outside a single append-only ledger with idempotency keys; the review queue is FIFO with 25-minute reservations so the same posts aren't served to everyone at once; only the signed Stripe webhook can grant access, never the browser redirect. What you'd need to do after buying Register your own LinkedIn app and get it verified (mine can't be transferred — it's tied to my developer account and LinkedIn Page). Budget one to two weeks. Add your own Stripe keys. Market it. That's the whole job, and it's the reason it's for sale. Why I'm selling I'm 18, I built this on my own, and I'm now full-time on another project. PullGates deserves someone who enjoys distribution. I don't, and it shows.
