The Chrome extension is already approved and live on the Chrome Web Store, so you won’t need to submit a new extension or start from zero. At closing, ownership of the listing will be transferred through Google’s own Chrome Web Store tools, either by adding you as an admin of the publisher or by a direct transfer to your developer account. The demo includes an original manhua panel, which is licensed to you for use with the website and extension as part of the sale, if you choose to keep it. The characters depicted remain the intellectual property of the original creator and are not included in the sale. You may keep using the panel as a demo, but you don’t acquire rights to the characters, including making new artwork, merchandise, or other uses of them. Seller grants Buyer a perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable license to use the demo panel solely as a demonstration within the Website and Extension. Seller retains all rights, title, and interest in the characters, their likenesses, names, and related story elements. Buyer may not create derivative works, merchandise, or other works using the characters.
