Next step: The quickest win is simple: register a domain, switch on Stripe and start posting on TikTok and Instagram. The shareable result cards were made for that. People love posting what an AI “thinks” about their relationship, and every share brings in new users.After that, there’s plenty of room to grow:<ol><li data-list="bullet">Pricing: test higher prices, or bundles like 3 reports for the price of 2. Couples and group chats are the obvious upsell.</li><li data-list="bullet">New markets: the app already works in Italian and English. Spanish, Portuguese or German would take mostly translation work, since the AI writes the report in any language.</li><li data-list="bullet">More chat apps: add support for Telegram, Instagram DMs and Messenger exports.</li><li data-list="bullet">Premium features: compare two chats, track how a relationship changed over the years, or transcribe voice notes (I’ve looked into it, but it costs more to run).</li><li data-list="bullet">Partnerships: dating coaches, relationship podcasts and influencers in the couples niche are a natural fit, and promo codes are already supported.</li></ol>The foundation is solid, so whoever takes it on can spend their time on growth instead of building.

Reason for selling

Honestly, the product side is done. It works, my friends have tested it, and payments are built in. What stops me is the paperwork. To launch it properly in Italy I need to sell through a registered company or a VAT number, and handle the legal side: privacy compliance, terms, invoicing. That isn’t something I can set up right now. I don’t want it to sit in a folder, though. I think it has real potential, especially with the shareable cards and the group analysis. So I’d rather hand it to someone who already has a business in place and can launch it tomorrow.
