<p>I’m looking for a committed co-founder or collaborator who can help grow AventIQ into a leading student opportunity discovery platform.</p><p><strong>Skills needed:</strong> Growth marketing, SEO, user acquisition, EdTech partnerships, student community building, or full-stack development. I’m especially interested in someone who can bring practical skills and help grow the platform’s reach and user base.</p><p><strong>Working arrangement:</strong> Remote collaboration is welcome. I value consistency, transparency, initiative, and clear communication.</p><p><strong>Ownership and compensation:</strong> I intend to retain at least 70% ownership of AventIQ. I’m open to discussing up to 30% equity for the right co-founder, depending on their skills, responsibilities, commitment, and long-term contribution. Any equity split, vesting terms, and decision-making responsibilities will be agreed upon clearly in writing. Paid or revenue-sharing arrangements may also be discussed where appropriate.</p><p><strong>Vision:</strong> Build a trusted global platform that helps students discover scholarships, internships, research programs, competitions, hackathons, and fellowships.</p>
