One-level 3D crate puzzle source licence; non-exclusive, pre-revenue.
This is a non-exclusive source-licence proposal for Crate Shift, a self-initiated, single-level HTML5 3D box-pushing puzzle. It is a small prototype codebase for a developer who wants a runnable gameplay-rule example to inspect and adapt. It is pre-revenue, with no paying customers; traffic and active usage have not been measured. The existing level has two crates, two target pads, collision rules, a win state, undo and restart. Gameplay rules are separated from the DOM and Three.js presentation. A desktop play-through and four bounded rule checks have passed. Physical phones, tablets and other browsers have not been validated. This is not a finished multi-level mobile release. The proposed deliverable is the frozen eight-file HTML/CSS/JavaScript/README package with the included Three.js runtime and its MIT notices. The separate local test file is not included in that package. Coding was AI-assisted and the geometry is procedural; there are no supplied bitmap, voice or music assets, ads, analytics, backend, customer data or paid accounts. NON-EXCLUSIVE: Hx Works retains the project and may license it to others, and the free public demo remains available. This is not an exclusive sale of a business, all intellectual property, a domain, trademark, audience or account. No exclusive copyright in AI-generated portions is promised. Public runtime copies cannot be recalled, and the project has also been sent for non-binding publisher review; no licence or acquisition has been agreed. Third-party MIT notices must remain. The US$25 asking price is an indicative, negotiable source-licence proposal. Exact permitted uses, redistribution limits, acceptance, delivery, payment fees, refund terms and any optional work must be agreed in writing before a sale. Listing this project grants no source licence. Custom development, a mobile port and guaranteed ongoing support are not included. Hx Works is based in China (UTC+8). Please contact this account through the platform inbox.
Next step: <p>A developer could adapt the gameplay rules, build additional levels and validate their intended devices under an agreed non-exclusive licence. No audience, revenue, mobile readiness or commercial success is promised; custom work would require separate scope and pricing.</p>

What's included
Source code
A non-exclusive licence to the eight-file prototype package only, subject to a separate written agreement. Hx Works retains ownership and the ability to license it to others. No domain, private account, customer data, trademark or exclusive rights are included. Only vendored Three.js files carry MIT licensing; reuse of the original prototype requires the agreed licence.
Reason for selling
I am offering the existing self-initiated prototype as a small source-licence option for developers who want a runnable starting point. The public free demo and Hx Works project are retained.
