Review supplier price and stock CSV changes before updating your catalog.
I built SKU Harbor for operators who receive supplier price and stock CSVs and want to review the differences before preparing an update for an existing WooCommerce product catalog. WHAT WORKS TODAY The browser application loads a current catalog and a supplier file, maps their columns, and compares existing simple products by unique SKU. Each file has an explicit price decimal setting, so a dot-decimal store export can be compared with a comma-decimal supplier file without guessing. The review shows old and proposed values, duplicate keys, invalid values, unsupported product types and unmatched supplier products. Blank supplier cells keep current values. Ordinary changes can be approved together. Large price changes and changes from a blank stock baseline require individual acknowledgement. Blocked, unmatched, skipped, unchanged and undecided rows are left out of the update export. The operator can download an approved update CSV, a CSV of original values for the same selected fields and rows, and a review report. Unmapped update fields are omitted; descriptions, images, categories, product IDs and publication status are outside the update output. Names only change when explicitly enabled. The original-values file is not a database backup or an automatic rollback. INDEPENDENT APPLICATION CSV processing runs in browser memory. The app has no upload endpoint, telemetry or paid API. It does not connect to a store or execute an import. Mapping preferences can be explicitly saved on the same browser, without storing the uploaded rows. Closing or reloading loses the current file review. The source package contains a read-only local static server for Node.js 22 or later, with no npm runtime dependencies. The static application can also be served on a buyer's chosen host. Buyers do not need my account to run their independent installation. Hosting and administration are the buyer's choice and can involve costs. CURRENT SCOPE This release targets existing simple products with unique SKU, UTF-8 CSV, prices with up to two decimal places and whole-number stock. It does not create or delete products, handle variants or XLSX files, synchronize live stores, convert currencies or process payments. The export uses standard WooCommerce CSV field names. Export-schema tests are not an end-to-end store import test; a staging import, current store backup and mapping review are required before operational use. SKU Harbor is independent and is not affiliated with WooCommerce. SALE AND POSSIBLE ADAPTATIONS I am offering an exclusive sale of this independent software project, subject to an agreed transfer contract. Proposed assets include source code, original brand SVG, fictional CSV examples, local server, tests and operating documentation. Personal accounts, other projects, a customer base, a registered domain and paid hosting are excluded. Final rights, price, support and demo transfer or closure would be agreed before a transaction. I can discuss additional supplier layouts, further validation rules, another language, XLSX input or an authenticated store integration. These are possible separately scoped development options, not features included in this version. Requirements, feasibility and testing would be agreed before committing to work. This is pre-revenue software with no paying customers. The demo uses fictional records and deliberate errors so buyers can evaluate the actual review workflow. No commercial traction, compatibility certification or time savings are claimed. I have left the asking price undisclosed and welcome offers through SideProjectors.
Next step: <p>A buyer could target a particular supplier or agency workflow, add validation rules or a language, or scope XLSX input or authenticated WooCommerce integration. These are possible development options, not included capabilities. I would agree requirements, feasibility, budget and testing before committing to requested customization.</p>
