About TintaPilot
Print quotes, artwork approval and production in one workspace.
I built TintaPilot for small print and sign shops that need a clear record of what a customer approved before production starts. It keeps the estimate, artwork proof, specifications and customer response together in one job, with a saved revision for each review. WHAT WORKS TODAY The owner can create clients and jobs, add quote items, quantities, dimensions, materials and finishes, and upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP proof. Customers can inspect the image, leave pinned feedback, approve the revision or request changes through a review link. Each revision keeps its own artwork and quote. Editing the job or replacing its artwork requires a fresh review before the current job can enter production. The production board follows approved work through production, ready and delivered. The release also includes job and client search, printable records, JSON/CSV exports, expiring and revocable review links, and local database/artwork backups with verification and offline restoration. POSSIBLE ADAPTATIONS FOR OTHER BUSINESSES The current focus is printing and signage. I can discuss adaptations for labels and packaging, branded merchandise, embroidery proof approval, and custom-product workshops that review a visual proposal with their customers. Depending on the business, the work could include branding, terminology, job fields, categories, quote templates, production steps or additional reports. These are development options to scope with the buyer, not extra features already included. Garment size matrices, embroidery machine files, PDF handling, payment integrations, notifications or staff permissions would require separate implementation and testing. I would first review the intended workflow and agree the requirements, budget and delivery scope before committing to those changes. INDEPENDENT INSTALLATION AND HANDOVER The application runs on a buyer-controlled Node.js 24.19.0 or later server, using built-in SQLite and file storage. The buyer creates their own owner account and chooses hosting. The core workflow has no npm runtime dependencies or subscription to my personal account. Hosting, storage, domains and administration may involve costs. I am offering the software project for an exclusive sale, with the application source, original fictional demo artwork and operating documentation as the proposed handover. The final transfer rights, exclusions, installation work and any support period would be agreed before a transaction. Personal accounts, real customer data and a registered domain are not included. CURRENT STAGE This is pre-revenue software with no paying customers. The interactive demo uses fictional clients, artwork, jobs and quote values. Changes in the demo stay in that browser; it is separate from the installable server application. The current release supports one shop and one owner. Inventory, payments, fiscal invoicing, automatic messaging, staff accounts, multi-tenant subscriptions and PDF preflight are outside this release. Reviewer names are self-declared. Local backups are not an encrypted offsite backup service. Real-shop use and the buyer's hosting still need evaluation. I have not published an asking price. I welcome offers for the project and a discussion of the buyer's intended use. Any requested customization would be agreed separately. Nothing is sent automatically from the demo. Please use the SideProjectors contact options to discuss an offer.

Next step: <p>A practical first step is a pilot with a real print or sign shop and feedback on their quoting and proof-approval process. I can discuss changes to branding, terminology, job specifications, quote templates, production stages and reporting for labels, packaging, merchandise or other custom-product businesses. Larger options include staff permissions, PDF upload/preview, notifications, business-specific pricing or payment integrations. Those are future development possibilities that require requirements, implementation, testing and a separate scope and budget; they are not included features or promises of revenue. Third-party integrations may require buyer-owned service accounts and operating costs. I would agree the requested work before committing to a delivery plan.</p>

Reason for selling
I built TintaPilot as a focused, transferable software project. I am looking for a buyer who wants to adopt or develop the workflow for print/sign businesses or a related niche. I am open to discussing specific changes as a separately agreed development scope.
