RaccoonHosting — Full Source Project - Sell Project

RaccoonHosting is a separate source-code project for running a website-service business. It combines a public services site and project assessment with an owner workspace, customer portals, quotes, billing and managed customer websites. Built with Next.js, React, TypeScript and PostgreSQL; Stripe payment and monthly-care workflows and optional provider integrations are included in the code. The buyer receives the current business-only source package, database schema, configuration template, dependency lockfile, setup and operations documentation, and existing verification tools. Full ownership of seller-owned RaccoonHosting application rights is offered by written asset-transfer agreement. The buyer may modify, rebrand, commercialize and resell the transferred application. No general seller right to reuse or resell the transferred RaccoonHosting application is reserved. Scope: 17,486 physical source-file lines across 219 files, including comments and blank lines. Of these, 12,759 are application/tooling, 3,476 styles/markup and 1,251 verification. There are 16,249 nonblank lines. Dependencies, generated output, documentation, lockfiles and configuration are excluded from this count. Line count describes scope; it does not establish quality or market value. Verification on 21 October 2026: package boundaries and credential scan, TypeScript checks, 31 unit tests, isolated database/route checks for hosting, clients, customer sites and business research, and the production build passed. Firefox browser checks covered the public site, assessment and owner workflows with isolated fixtures. Real screenshots show the running software; sample records and displayed service prices are demo/configuration content, not customers or revenue. The $4,900 negotiable asking price reflects the implemented workflows, integrations, tests and clean handover package, together with the offered application ownership transfer. This is an engineering-asset asking price, not a revenue multiple, independent appraisal, proven resale value or income promise. Pre-revenue: no customers, revenue or verified traffic are included. The buyer supplies its own hosting, database, provider accounts, credentials, domain, business policies and production acceptance. Live payment/provider acceptance and independent security assessment are not represented as completed by the isolated checks. The package was separated from a retained personal site. That personal deployment, accounts and personal data are excluded. Shared components, shared branding and existing uses must be identified and resolved in the final asset schedule before assignment; third-party software retains its own licences. No domain or trademark transfer is implied. Buyer rebranding is recommended. Ongoing maintenance, future updates and custom implementation are not included unless separately agreed.
