About HorsePlan
Finished management SaaS for riding schools, in French, English and German
HorsePlan is a finished web app for riding schools and livery yards in France, and it is already live. It brings the whole daily routine of a stable into one tool. The drag-and-drop schedule blocks a horse under treatment on its own. Horse records come with care reminders, and riders with their levels and lesson cards. Invoicing follows the French anti-fraud rules, and the breeding register required by French law produces its official monthly PDF. Email campaigns are built in. Riders and owners have their own area, designed for phones, to book lessons, check their lesson card and find their invoices. The app has 4 roles and is fully available in French, English and German, with a dark theme. You can try the public demo without creating an account at https://horseplan.fr/api/demo/login A 2-minute walkthrough and 10 detailed videos, one per module, are available at https://horseplan.fr/#videos (silent videos with French captions). What is included A clean copy of the full source code, ready to deploy The horseplan.fr domain (the holder of a .fr domain must live or be established in the EU, the EEA or Switzerland) The handover presentation, and the handover document, which is the written setup and migration guide The 11 videos, 14 minutes in total A bonus file of about 1,000 email addresses of equestrian centres, which are prospects and not customers My service accounts (Stripe, Clerk, Supabase, Vercel, Resend) and the social media accounts are not included. The buyer opens their own accounts by following the written procedure. Tech stack The app runs on Next.js 16, React 18, TypeScript and Tailwind. Data and files are stored in PostgreSQL on Supabase, accessed through Prisma. Clerk handles sign-in, Stripe the subscriptions, Resend the emails, Upstash the rate limiting and Sentry the error tracking. It is hosted on Vercel with servers in Paris. Several stables share one install, each fully isolated from the others. The code base has over 110,000 lines of code, 62 tables and 71 screens, with more than 3,700 automated tests that run on every code change. Built with the assistance of Claude Code. Every change is validated by the automated tests. Business Each stable pays a subscription through Stripe, €35 a month or €350 a year, after a 14-day free trial with no card required. There are no paying customers yet, so revenue is currently €0. No real marketing has been done yet, and the product is ready to be launched. Running costs start at about €40 a month on paid plans (Vercel Pro and Supabase Pro). Why I am selling I am moving on to other projects and no longer have the time to market it.

Next step: <p>Launch the marketing, starting with France. The country has 9,574 establishments affiliated with the French Equestrian Federation (FFE) and 5,444 structures that teach riding, and French competitors charge about €20 to €100 a month.</p><p>Connect a certified e-invoicing platform (Factur-X) before French small businesses have to issue electronic invoices on 1 September 2027.</p><p>Turn on online payment by riders, which is already in the code and only needs Stripe Connect.</p><p>Get FFE approval to send rider licences directly to the federation.</p><p>Sell in other countries, since the app already works in English and German.</p>
