TAC & TSC – Customer Management & Support - Showcase Project

TAC and TSC connect customer management and technical support in one web-based environment, helping businesses manage equipment supplied to their customers. TAC organizes information through a clear structure: customer → contract → equipment → support ticket. Teams can manage company records and contacts, track contracts, identify equipment by IMEI or serial number, and consult its service history. Support requests can be submitted by operators or through a customer-facing form. Each ticket includes a reference number, fault description, status, notes and attachments. Teams can track cases through closure, record permanent replacements and temporary loan devices, and use email templates for service communications. Reporting helps identify recurring faults and equipment requiring frequent assistance. TSC is the integrated customer portal. Depending on the configuration, customers can view their company information, contracts, equipment, documents and support history, follow ticket progress and submit new requests. TAC can connect to an existing CRM to retrieve customer, contract and product records. Alternatively, we can build a custom CRM populated manually or through Excel imports using our Assistente Dati system. Integrations and additional modules are scoped to each business. Two deployment options are available: • Cloud: hosted on our servers and accessed through a browser. • Customer server: installed on a suitable customer-managed server with the required web and database infrastructure, with license registration and activation through our portal. The software is offered under a time-limited usage license. We retain software ownership and intellectual property rights; source code is not included.
