The existing Telegram bot and SmartSave brand assets may be included subject to verification of ownership, platform transfer requirements, and a separate written agreement. Reasonable transition assistance can be discussed as part of the final purchase agreement. Third-party software remains subject to its respective licenses.
Reason for selling
SmartSave has reached a functional beta stage with tested core features and documented deployment procedures. I am focusing on other development projects and would like to transfer SmartSave to someone interested in its further growth and commercialization.
