KittyHub - Android Cat Community App - Sell Project

KittyHub is a live native Android app for cat owners, combining adoption, temporary hosting, matchmaking, owner communication and daily care in one product. This is a sale of the whole app and the seller-owned app assets to one buyer. KEY HIGHLIGHTS Published on Google Play; launched publicly on 24 August 2026. Arabic and English support, with light and dark presentation. Cat profiles, photo uploads, favorites and personal cat management. Adoption and hosting listings, matchmaking, swipes, matches and requests. In-app chat, push notifications, daily care routines and reminders. Country and city selection using an offline location catalogue. User blocking and reporting flows. TECHNOLOGY AND OPERATIONS Native Android app built with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose and Material 3. The project uses Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Cloud Functions and Analytics, Cloudinary image uploads, Room, WorkManager and Hilt. Cloud Functions source is TypeScript. The current inspected source version is 1.0.9 (version code 11), with minimum Android API 26. The business is operated from Egypt. The buyer will take over ongoing maintenance, user support, service configuration and growth. The seller reports no current running costs at the present usage level; future costs depend on service usage, hosting choices and growth. USERS AND FINANCIALS The seller reports more than 100 users. Separately, the public Google Play page displays 100+ downloads. No monthly-active-user or retention figure is claimed. KittyHub has not generated revenue. It is offered as an early-stage software asset, rather than an established profitable business. WHAT IS INCLUDED Seller-owned Android application source code and app assets. Cloud Functions source, Firestore rules and index configuration. KittyHub brand assets, existing marketing screenshots and accompanying website source files. Existing technical documentation and release notes. Transfer of the Google Play app listing through Google's official app-transfer process, subject to transfer eligibility and buyer account readiness. Basic handover guidance and answers to buyer questions, with the duration agreed with the buyer. App-specific Firebase and Cloudinary resources, media and the hosted information site will be transferred or migrated as agreed during due diligence. Personal accounts and unrelated assets are excluded. Third-party dependencies and the GeoNames catalogue retain their existing licenses. Private user data and credentials will not be provided as public downloads; any necessary migration will be handled through an agreed transfer process. GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES A buyer could build relationships with pet-care businesses and adoption organizations, grow the community and test appropriate monetization. These are possible future strategies, not existing revenue streams or guaranteed outcomes. REASON FOR SELLING I no longer have enough time to give KittyHub the ongoing attention, maintenance and growth work it deserves.
