About AirPath
Find cooler walking routes in hot cities
AirPath is a heat-aware walking navigation app for hot cities, live on the App Store and Google Play for Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Instead of optimizing only for distance, it compares routes by estimated direct-sun exposure, shade, covered walkways, malls, metro and air-conditioned access, and lets you choose the Coolest or the Fastest route. What’s built: • iOS + Android apps, published • Time-aware shade estimates based on sun position and geographic data • Turn-by-turn pedestrian navigation with voice guidance • Fully offline city maps, search and routing after a one-time download • 10 languages, including English, Arabic, Russian, Hindi and Chinese • No account, no ads, analytics off by default Traction (launched September 2026): • 30 early users, organic only • Instagram community of 200 followers, Reels with 3,000+ views • A yacht rental company has expressed interest in advertising in the app What’s next: more Gulf cities (Doha, Riyadh), partnerships with hotels and tourism operators, and in-app placements for local businesses. Open to feedback, partnerships, and the right acquisition offer.
