Event Scanner: Dedicated scanner UI for assigned staff with real-time QR validation (html5-qrcode). Scans are strictly scoped per event and automatically flag or reject duplicate, inactive, or canceled passes. Administrator: Complete platform governance via Django Admin protected with two-factor authentication (2FA/OTP), brute-force protection (django-axes), moderation reporting, and flagged event alerts. Key Product Features & Core Engines M-Pesa Financial Engine: Integrated Safaricom Daraja M-Pesa STK Push (C2B collections) and B2C payouts for organizer withdrawals and buyer refunds, backed by automated reconciliation tasks. Real-Time & Async Architecture: Django Channels (WebSockets) for instant live updates, paired with Celery + Redis workers for background network tasks, email notifications, and automated recurring cleanup/reconciliation via Celery Beat.
