Puffly is a CRM built for the businesses most CRMs ignore: local service companies such as plumbers, HVAC techs, auto repair shops, salons, cleaners, handymen and contractors. Most of these owners run their pipeline out of text threads, sticky notes and memory, and that costs them jobs every time a callback is missed or a quote is never followed up. Puffly puts every inquiry, call and text in one clear pipeline that works on a phone between jobs. Its built-in AI teammate, Puff, reads that pipeline and tells the owner who to call next, which quotes are going cold and which customers are due for repeat work. Puff can draft replies and follow-ups, and nothing goes out until the owner approves it, so the business stays in control of every message. Puffly is free to start, with no credit card and no consultant needed. Owners can be up and running in minutes. As the business grows, Puffly adds optional AI helpers: Puff Voice, an AI receptionist that answers missed calls, and Puffly OS, a custom team of AI agents that handles the wider back office such as booking, reminders and reporting.
