About S.O.L.A.R · Snip anything, get the answer

Snip anything on screen, get an AI answer. Free, paid and offline models.

S.O.L.A.R is an AI helper for Windows. Press Alt+Q, drag over anything on screen (a math problem, a chart, an error, text in any language), and it answers in a side panel. You can also chat normally, paste pictures, or let it search the web. It is made for students first. Math answers are checked with a calculator step before they are shown, and it can draw 2D graphs and 3D shapes when asked. Three ways to run it: SOLAR 1.0: free cloud model with a daily limit per user SOLAR 2.0: a stronger model paid with prepaid credit Offline: download a 2 GB or 6 GB model and use it with no internet The same account works on the website: a dashboard (credit, usage, spending limits, invite code), a full web chat, and an admin panel. The business side is built: Google and email sign-in, prepaid credit priced at 2x the real AI cost, spending limits, a 5% invite reward, and an admin panel for revenue, users and giving credit. A payment provider still needs to be connected; checkout currently runs on a test provider. Status: test release used by a small group of friends. No paying customers yet.

Next step: 1. Connect Paddle, Stripe or Lemon Squeezy and start selling credit. Credit, spending limits and invites already work.2. Publish on the Microsoft Store so installs are signed and trusted by Windows.3. Release the macOS version (it works in testing).4. Market to students: snip a homework question, get a checked answer, in their own language.5. Sell a one-time license for the offline models as an extra product.
