About LeadKux | AI Lead Recovery Automation
Automated lead recovery, qualification and follow-ups for businesses.
LeadKux — Complete Lead Recovery & Business Automation Engine A Windows-based lead recovery platform with 15 production architecture layers, automated workflows, customer onboarding, secure licensing, recovery infrastructure and documented internal test results. LeadKux is more than a graphical interface — it is a complete software engineering foundation designed around lead recovery, lifecycle automation and operational reliability. 1. Product Overview LeadKux is a Windows-based lead recovery and workflow automation system developed to help businesses capture, qualify, recover and manage incoming leads through structured processes. Unlike conventional CRM software that primarily focuses on organizing customer records, LeadKux focuses on the operational processes surrounding each incoming inquiry. The system is designed to receive lead information, identify missing qualification details, maintain lifecycle states, coordinate automated follow-up activity and support controlled human intervention. LeadKux combines a dedicated Windows Control Center with backend API services, background workers, relay infrastructure, persistent storage, licensing, customer onboarding, diagnostic tools and recovery components. It is intended to complement existing business systems rather than require companies to replace their CRM. 2. Core Lead Recovery Capabilities Automated Lead Intake LeadKux supports incoming lead processing through HTTP APIs and authenticated webhook interfaces. Its integration components include structured payload handling, business-specific routing and web-form field mapping. Structured Lead Qualification The lead qualification engine supports information-gathering workflows, including identifying missing lead details and requesting additional information. Lead Lifecycle Management The system maintains persistent lead information and supports tracking qualification progress, lead states and follow-up activity. Follow-Up Automation Dedicated background workers support workflow execution and follow-up processing, separating operational tasks from the desktop interface. Human Intervention and Handoffs LeadKux includes mechanisms for managing lead situations that require human involvement, supporting controlled transitions between automated and manual handling. 3. Windows Control Center LeadKux includes a dedicated Windows desktop application serving as its operational control interface. The Control Center integrates with the local API and background worker runtime and provides access to product configuration, operational status and related management functions. The software has been packaged into standalone Windows executables, with an installer supporting local deployment. Documented internal testing includes application startup, runtime process management, controlled shutdown, installation and removal. Supported deployment target: Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit. 4. Automated Customer Onboarding The architecture includes a guided onboarding system designed to reduce the technical work required during customer setup. Its components cover: Initial configuration and environment readiness. Business selection and setup. Lead source configuration. Integration credentials. Email-related configuration checks. Runtime and operational readiness gates. Onboarding completion validation. The onboarding architecture is intended to make customer deployment more repeatable and reduce reliance on manual technical assistance. 5. Public Relay and Delivery Infrastructure LeadKux includes a relay architecture for handling externally submitted events and forwarding them into the appropriate processing environment. The development inventory identifies relay clients, delivery components, queue processing and PostgreSQL-backed queue implementations. The documented relay API surface includes seven routes covering health checks, lead submission and acknowledgment, commercial events and event acknowledgment. The architecture includes mechanisms for delivery acknowledgment, event handling and business separation. This infrastructure provides a foundation for connecting external lead sources to LeadKux's processing engine. 6. Managed Runtime LeadKux separates its desktop management interface from the services responsible for operational execution. Its runtime architecture includes: Standalone API execution. Standalone background worker execution. Managed API and worker components. Local endpoint selection. Runtime configuration. Persistent runtime storage. Startup and recovery management. This separation allows the Control Center to manage the software without embedding all operational processing directly into the graphical interface. 7. Security and Credential Management The software includes multiple security-oriented engineering components. These include: Authenticated webhook handling. Configuration validation. Rejection of plaintext secrets in relevant configuration paths. Native Windows Credential Store integration. Signed-lic...

Reason for selling
I developed LeadKux independently and brought it to a functional, internally tested software stage. My primary focus is software engineering and building innovative technology rather than managing sales, marketing and long-term commercial operations. I am offering LeadKux for complete acquisition so that a buyer with the appropriate resources and market access can take the product forward, develop it further and bring it to customers. I would like to focus my time and resources on my other technology projects.
