Who they are looking for

<p><strong>Who:</strong> a co-founder from the cheer/dance world — a current or former coach, gym or studio owner, someone who has sold into youth sports, or a parent-brand marketer with a network of gyms. Not another engineer: the build is done and I keep owning it.</p><p><strong>What you own:</strong> product direction with real coaches, go-to-market (the coach is the wedge — one coach brings a whole team), pricing (per family vs per gym), and the first 20 teams. I own engineering, infrastructure and the roadmap you set.</p><p><strong>How we work:</strong> remote, async-first — I drive OTR, so expect short written updates and one call a week; US time zones preferred. Decisions by quick written proposals, not meetings.</p><p><strong>Stakes:</strong> equity only for now, no salary on either side. Meaningful co-founder stake (20–40% depending on experience and time commitment) with a standard 4-year vest and 1-year cliff, cash from the first paying gyms before anything else.
