ParentGO is a native mobile app that helps London parents discover and book classes and activities for children aged 0 to 5: baby sensory, toddler dance, arts, soft play and more. Listings are deliberately limited to the under-5 age group, which makes it a focused, niche product rather than a generic events directory. Next step: The product and payment infrastructure are built, so a new owner can focus entirely on growth and monetisation: 1. Switch on revenue: convert the 6 to 7 trial providers to paid plans and start the 7% per-booking commission, which is already built into the Stripe Connect setup. Also there are 20 registered providers who have not added their classes yet. 2. Grow the provider base: use the included CRM to continue outreach to London baby and toddler class providers. The automated import system makes adding new listings fast. 3. Paid and partnership marketing: no money has been spent on ads yet. Targeted Instagram and TikTok ads to London parents, collaborations with parenting influencers, and partnerships with nurseries, soft plays and children's centres are all untouched channels. 4. SEO and content: the built-in CMS supports blog posts and SEO fields, ready for local content such as "baby classes in Clapham" that parents search for every day. 5. Expand to other cities: the model works anywhere, so Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol and other UK cities are natural next steps. 6. Add new revenue streams: featured listings for providers, sponsored placements for baby and family brands, or a premium subscription for parents. 7. Strategic fit: an existing nursery group, children's activity franchise or parenting brand could use ParentGO as a ready-made booking and discovery channel for its own audience.
