Cita-Rulay is an original dating and social connection app built from scratch with Flutter, Dart and Firebase, without a purchased template or reskin. The owner reports approximately 600 real registered profiles. This is a registration count, not a claim of active users or paying customers. The project has not generated revenue. Features include profile registration, discovery, Chispa connections, chat with notifications and attachments, received and sent likes, and profile visits. Monetization has been implemented through Premium access, in-app purchases and Google Mobile Ads; its configuration does not demonstrate earnings. Any handling of user data must follow applicable privacy obligations. Firebase services include authentication, Cloud Firestore, storage, push notifications, analytics, Crashlytics and Remote Config. Web and Windows delivery readiness requires verification. Reason for selling: insufficient budget for sustained advertising and user acquisition.
