The sale includes the custom-developed Clapza source code, associated database schemas and migrations, frontend and backend components, user interfaces, branding assets, and available technical documentation. The project also includes existing technical architecture, automated CI/CD workflows, deployment configurations, and a detailed technical handover guide. The Clapza.com and Clapza.fr domains are included, subject to the final agreement. I can provide reasonable, time-limited transition assistance to help the buyer understand the architecture and organize the transfer. Third-party services (Vercel, Supabase, AWS, Cloudflare, Stripe and GitHub) will be transferred or reconfigured according to provider policies and the agreed handover process. Personal data, private credentials and third-party intellectual property not owned by the seller are excluded unless legally transferable.
Reason for selling
I have independently developed Clapza over approximately two years, investing significant time and effort into building its technical architecture, user experience and core functionality. The project has reached an advanced pre-launch stage, but bringing a platform of this scope to market requires more than a single developer. It needs a multidisciplinary team, financial resources, technical specialists, marketing, moderation and operational support. Rather than leaving this work unused, I would prefer to transfer Clapza to an entrepreneur or company capable of completing its development and bringing it to market. My decision to sell is therefore based on the resources required for the next stage, not on a lack of confidence in the project.
