About danslinkard

I’m an Australian carpenter and construction professional with 36 years of hands-on industry experience. My strength is recognising real operational problems, understanding how people actually work and turning that knowledge into practical systems. I created iQuote from problems I repeatedly witnessed between homeowners and Builders. It has developed into a working construction platform with a much larger Whole House direction behind it. I have also created Frank, an AI-assisted operational system designed to preserve Project knowledge, decisions, evidence, contacts and next actions across complex work. I do not present myself as a software coder. I work at the intersection of construction experience, product thinking, workflow design and AI-assisted development. I can help organisations understand difficult problems, shape practical products and ensure technology reflects the people and industries it is intended to serve.
