I’m Steve, an independent developer building free card games that play in the browser at OnlineCardGames.org. I use the site to show what I can do. I write my own HTML5 versions of classic games, including Gin Rummy, Rummy 500, Canasta, Spades, Hearts, solitaire, blackjack and poker. Each one plays to standard rules against computer opponents I’ve tuned to play a credible game. I care about the details: games that fit the screen on desktop and mobile without scrolling, a built-in Coach and hints to help new players learn, and scoring that shows where every point came from.
